Gardenia yellow

    Gardenia yellow: Gardenia yellow pigment, using natural gardenia fruit as raw material, is proceeded by microwave, ultrafiltration ( UF ) and nanofiltration ( NF ) and drying with water. The product in water solution is bright golden yellow with strong dyeing power .The main ingredients are croceic acid and crocin which are Carotenes can dissolve in water. Gardenia yellow has good acidoresistant. And it can be widely used, which the most suitable PH is between 3 and 10. It also has good heat resistance and light resistance, as well as high stability of metal ion except ferric ion. It can be widely colored in pastry, sugar, compound wine, juice and drinks, and also in pharmacy and cosmetics etc..
