Gardenia green

    Gardenia green is a natural green food coloring, which is proceeded by gardenia yellow pigment and gardenia blue pigment of nature gardenia fruit with enzyme treatment. The color ranges from green to dark green powder. It can easy dissolve in water, including water-ethanol, propylene glycol. The product in water solution is bright green which smells odorless, tasteless and good humidity resistance.1% aqueous solution of PH=4.5±0.5.Noninterference by Al-ionic and Ca ionic and Fe ionic and Sn ionic can make the color dark. It can be widely colored in food.
