Curcuma pigment

   Curcuma pigment: Curcuma pigment is a natural pigment extracted from curcuma roots, is proceeded by alcohol extraction, exsolution, concentration, purification and drying. The product is golden-orange crystal powder. It is insoluble in water and soluble in ethanol, propanediol and glacial acetic acid. It is light yellow under acidic conditions and reddish – brown under alkaline conditions. It has strong dyeing power, good heat resistance and light resistance, as well as high stability of metal ion except ferric ion.
